I thought I would drop by and update you.

I got a new job, actually, my second since I last updated, I guess, b/c since April 13, I have been an assistant manager for Famous Footwear, but starting in 2 wks, I will be a receptionist for Sigma Pediatrics. M-F 8-5. Lovely.

Josh is in college, in Palantine, near Chicago. I am jealous. I miss school lots!

I met a guy online. We'll see how this goes, but he is 30, and loves music, travel, and photogrpahy, like me, so I think it could work. It has been a while since I dated anyone though, hope I don't ruin it!

Isn't it great to wake up to some good trash talk? I woke up to this lovely little blog from the ever-so-talented Erica Kallioinen. Is she not the sweetest? All because I said she yells at her little 2.5 y/o too much, fights with her boyfriend too much, and spends too much money on herself.

"okay so you know how you see a really fat chick wearing too small of clothing but she think's she's beautiful?  Well that's how this one girl i used to hang out with is.  Not only does she love looking at herself and complimenting herself, she also likes listening to herself sing.  now i'm not saying she's a bad singer because she does have a good voice....FOR OPERA NOT for songs on the radio. Anyways i get on the computer today to check my myspace and find out that she had broken into my account and decided to be your steriotypical jealous "oh my god i want your boyfriend let me have him now" type and changed quite a few things on my webpage.  i found it quite amusing. For some reason she kept stating that i spend all of CODY's money, but when your in a longterm relationship and everything is in BOTH of your names how is it just his money?  But i don't understand how she has any room to talk considering that she is 21 years old lives with her parents and makes her parents pay for all her bills.  she has also come over almost everyday eating OUR food, and using our toiletpaper, water etc...then she states she wants to go to a concert so WE pay for her ticket because she "doesn't have enough money" then she has the nerve to ask if we are going to by alcohol for the preshow...then she said i'm a little on the heavy side? lol, that made me giggle out loud because let me just state that I am 5'9 and 164 lbs, yeah that's not skinny but i'm definately not obesewhen she laughs the whole car shakes, not to mention if she's waving hello you have to be at least 2 feet from her arm because the jiggle gets all caught up in gravity and all. Then she piles on the parfume because you know how obese people stink? let me just say its worse.  So if you ever smell a green apple and then see a person that looks like a walking apple that would be her definately. She's MAYBE 5'3 and weighs around 306 and that's me being nice let me tell you! Then she drives around in this little car, which i don't know how the hell she fits in it because she takes up more than just the driver seat, but half of the passangers side too."

Here's some FYI's:

*I don't want Cody, her boyfriend, I just want what's best for him. I have been friends with him for half the time I have with her, but he has been a much better friend in that time. She's just the jealous girlfriends that will call and say, "You're hanging out with Lindsey still, why don't you just fuck her too."

*I do weight damn near 300 lbs, I won't deny, but I am 5'5", just have more confidence. Also, she weighs over 200 lbs, tries to squeeze into size 11, when she is really a good size 16. She is very pretty, I'll give her that, but her clothes don't flatter her.

*I drive a luxury sedan, aka, big car. I only rode in the frint seat b/c she told me to, but a few times with the carseat b/c she "gets carsick when in the backseat."

*They bought my ticket to one show, Chris bought the other. This is only because I tell them I don't want to go, tell them I have no money, but Cody begs me, then buys it anyhow.

*I am NOT a drinker, and would never ask anyone to buy me "pre-show" alcohol. I think people should enjoy the music sober if they like the musicians!

*She used to call me everyday to come over and eat. She would fix me dinner...not because I wanted her to, not because I asked her to, but b/c she wanted to.

*My parent's do not pay all my bills, they just helped me out over a 2 month period, by paying my car payment...none of my other 8 bills!

*I carry perfume with me everywhere b/c it is a obcessive trait. I want to always know I smell good. I know a few of my friends do that as well. I do not stink. It is one of my fears, no joke.

Come What May

I just found out that the "love" of my life, aka Josh Groban, sings a cover of "Come What May" from Moulin Rouge. Unfortunately, after spending over an hour searching for it to buy/download...or just hear the magic that is Josh, I have yet to find anything but the lyrics, which I have memorized anyhow b/c I love it.

How is a lady to survive? lol. I am fascinated with Josh Groban. He is just so gorgeous inside and out, and his voice can make me melt. I create harmonies to most of his songs and sing them all the time. I don't think anyone could ever understand my near obscession with his voice. I think I told my mom when I was about 13 that I was going to marry this man. Hahaha. I only wish. (It has only been 8 years now) He is the one living "star" that I would give nearly anything to sit down and chat with over a cup of tea or something...but then, he'd have to serenade me. I'd serenade him in return of course.

My Birthday!!!

Thanks everyone who made my 21st birthday the best! Sorry some of you had to miss out! I did have my DD pull over on my way home so that I could get sick, but it wasn't too bad. Surprisingly, I had a very minimal hang-over. I just felt a little nauseous for about half of Sunday, but was good after that!

Thanks for the wishes, the gifts, the comments, etc!

Some gifts included: a beautiful "Mystic Fire" topaz/diamnond/gold necklace, a cute wristlet, monies, drinks, bracelets, perfume, etc.

Some drinks I remember that I had...lol: a lemon drop shot, a "red, white, and blue," a Washington Apple shot, something Dragon shot, a chocolate cake shot, a flirtini, a "nose-warmer," a blue raspberry martini, a Blue Moon, a sex-on-the beach, and plenty more that I had no idea....I was probably told, but I just thought they were good and drank them. :)

Thanks to my beautiful DD, Miss Hannah Ferryman, I made it to amd from places in one piece. Then, she spent most of Sunday lounging with me, when I wasn't quite feeling to parr yet!

If you missed the party, you missed so many hilarious moments:

*My mom blew up a penis balloon that i received from Erica & Cody...with me commenting, "You just want to put your mouth on one." and my mom responding, "I can;t believe you just said that to your mom!" lol.

*Ryan convinced my mom and aunt to do shots with us! (then the commented to me, whilst in the little girls' room, "Is he straight?...He's very good looking!...Is he single?...He is such a flirt."   After they left, I told Ryan, whom is 22, and he said..."Not gonna lie, but your aunt (37 y/o divorced mom of a 4 y/o) is pretty hot.

Ugh. What a day. I stink. I am tired. I am hungry. I need a shower now.

I worked 9-5. I got there about 8:45, and didn't have lunch until 3:30, which was corndogs...might sound gross, but I hadn't had one in years, and it was kinda refreshing. lol. My boss brought them in. I got off at 5:15, still wanting to get some stuff done, but we don't have the spare hours and my boss was trying to get rid of me. haha. We did get a few new dress shoes in...in time for a couple proms, but too late for the past couple weekend ones. Today is truck day, so I spent my time making room for new stuff....scooting across the floor, lifting, shifting boxes.

We didn't get many sandals...we have a small selection. I am kinda upset. It is sandal time! We only got some DC ones. We already had a few Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Adidas, and Sketchers, but the selection is small, and we should be getting more!

My birthday is 3 days away!!!

Saturday night, April 28th, 8-11PM, Hunter's Pub South, one of the private rooms. Be there or be...sorry. :)

I need to shower, eat, and sleep. My eyes are burning...all I wore was mascara today...damn weather.
